Amigas Cycle Conference
Amelia May, DPT and Sonder PT are sponsoring The Amigas Cycle Conference hosted by Amigas Means Friends, which includes a full day that I truly think every uterus owner needs to experience!
This is a day dedicated to the conversations we've been needing forever — about our cycles, our hormones, and our health. At every age. At every stage. No filter, no shame, no "we don't talk about that."
Just incredible experts, real tools/resources, and a room full of people finally getting the information we all deserved way sooner!
Healing Ground Book Celebration
Carly Hudson is celebrating her book on Sunday, 8/16 at 2pm
Join Carly Hudson for the first birthday party of her book, Healing Ground! She'll be at Second Star to the Right bookstore on Sunday, Aug 16, at 2pm.
About the book: Healing Ground chronicles Dr. Carly's journey from a near-fatal childhood illness to a path of personal and medical discovery. Battling chronic pain, hearing loss, and movement disorders, Carly defied medical pessimism and pursued wellness with the support of family, friends, and unconventional treatments. Through her experiences, Carly explores the power of vulnerability, the courage to question medical norms, and the quest for true healing. Her story offers hope to those struggling with chronic conditions, showcasing the potential for health through determination and radical self-acceptance.

DHHC Yoga Nidra with Marin
Yoga Nidra is a restorative practice that invites the nervous system out of chronic “doing” and into a state of deep rest, repair, and embodied awareness. Using breath, somatic attention, and guided meditation, the practice helps create conditions for relaxation without requiring effort or performance. Yoga nidra supports nervous system regulation and recovery from chronic stress and overstimulation.
Marin will lead this 60-minute class for DHHC members, designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and cultivate a greater sense of ease and safety. You may practice lying down or in any comfortable supported position.

MindMorph Integration Circle
A free virtual integration circle, a facilitated, non-clinical space for reflection, connection, and nervous system support: open to both patients and non-patient adults (registration required): Integration Circle | MindMorph Holistic Psychiatry. As we approach Summer Solstice, this Integration Circle will focus on honoring transition, expansion, and the tension between growth and grounding. Together, we’ll create space to reflect on what is emerging, what is being released, and what you want to carry into the next season.
Description
The Integration Circle is a facilitated group space for adults seeking support in making sense of meaningful or challenging non-ordinary experiences, including post-psychedelic experiences that may have occurred in therapeutic, ceremonial, or recreational contexts. The circle emphasizes nervous system regulation, reflection, and integration through shared dialogue, guided practices, and psychoeducation. Sessions may include meditation, breathwork, visualization, somatic tools, and discussion around caring for the body and nervous system before and after intense experiences.
This offering is not psychotherapy, medical care, or treatment, and no substances are provided. It is a community-based, educational, and experiential space intended to support insight, grounding, and integration into daily life. This offering is open to adults regardless of geographic location and does not constitute medical or mental health treatment.
Cost: Free to attend. Donations are optional and help support the time, preparation, and facilitation of this offering. No donation is required to participate.
Awaken to Embodied Living
The Summer Solstice encourages us to pause, reconnect with our body, heart, mind, and spirit, turn toward the light within and around us, and grow into the coming months with trust and confidence in ourselves, our path, and our universal connection.
Awaken to Embodied Living offers you time and space for this sacred pause, intentional inward connection and self nourishment, guiding you home to yourself, your truth, and intuition.
If you’d like to get out of your head and into your body, feel awake and alive, and be inspired by yogic philosophy and the amazingness that lives with you, join me for this two half-day immersion at Rooted Heart. You’ll also learn every day tools to return to your body as you move through the highs and lows of life.
The immersion includes embodiment teachings, yoga philosophy, meditation and breathwork, gentle and slow flow yoga, personal reflection and group connection, as well as a follow-up session, a 1:1 meeting with me, and the option to join our free, monthly (virtual) cohort.
Early bird pricing runs through May 15. Learn more and register: https://www.rootedheartyw.com/events/summer26
