Dynamic, music-driven workouts are tailored to each client and grounded in the hormonal and structural changes of these key life stages.
We also collaborate with trusted wellness practitioners to support the whole person.
Mahri Relin began her academic career as a student at Williams College and Oxford University focusing on neuroscience and the psychology of human development. She obtained her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from SDSU before she decided to change everything and move to NYC to dance and perform professionally around the world. After her dance career, her interest in women’s health and psychology combined with her love for movement led her to start a fitness business, Body Conceptions, focused on supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause. For 13 years with this business, she has worked with women through these significant times, and she has also been recognized as a speaker and panel expert on these life transitions.
In addition to her fitness work, Mahri completed her second master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a special focus on perinatal and perimenopause mental health and other major life transitions for women of all ages. She has also recently contributed educational mental health content for the 2024 Australian Canopy Health webinar program on menopause.
Mahri is currently a therapist at Empowered Living Collective, where she works with life transition, burnout, perinatal mental health, and aging.
