I am many things – a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, avid researcher, healer, seeker, friend, partner, advocate, nature-lover, wanderer, priestess, alchemist, sacred space creator, plant medicine explorer, and most of all – a human being. I am constantly learning, growing, and moving toward living a more authentic and joyful life, and am passionate about helping you do the same.
Along my journey, I’ve worked in the corporate world as an engineer, earned a Ph.D. in Social Work, studied infant brain development, attended over one hundred births as a Labor Doula, taught thousands of yoga and meditation classes, learned therapeutic modalities from some of the best, and studied yoga, meditation, tarot, reiki, herbalism, and much more. I specialize in serving people in pregnancy and postpartum.
I am inspired to bring an eclectic array of experiences to my work. I love to work with people who are on their own spiritual path, looking for purpose, and wanting to thrive in their life. They are curious about the mysteries of life and are interested in exploring evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Psilocybin Assisted Therapy, Ketamine-EMDR, Somatics and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), DBT with a sprinkle of the esoteric.
