I’m a licensed therapist and certified coach based in Denver, Colorado. I work with high-functioning adults who feel stuck, anxious, or burned out understand what drives their anxiety and develop practical strategies to navigate life with greater clarity, confidence, and trust in themselves.
Before moving to Denver, I worked in private practice in Chicago, supporting adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I also spent 7 years coaching leaders at BetterUp, helping professionals translate insight into action. Earlier in my career, I worked in financial sales and marketing, which gave me firsthand experience navigating high-pressure environments. Combined with my clinical and coaching experience, this informs my structured, practical approach, guiding clients toward clarity, confidence, and meaningful progress. I earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Benedictine University, and completed my clinical training at Northwestern Hospital.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me skiing, mountain biking, or exploring Colorado with my dog, Bentley.
