Deborah is a Certified Craniosacral Therapist from the Upledger Institute. Initially, her bodywork education began with massage therapy over 23+ years ago. In 2009, she began studying Craniosacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute. Since 2018 (for the last 7 years), Deborah’s focus and treatments have been Craniosacral Therapy and Somatic Emotional Release-based. She is a Teaching Assistant for craniosacral classes at the Institute, and in 2023, she became certified by the Upledger Institute.

Deborah is amazed, intrigued, and awed by the “whole” of the body. Doing and receiving bodywork opened and expanded her world. It continues to astound her when working with clients, she is reminded of the innate and beautiful wisdom of body and the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit. She is passionate about utilizing Craniosacral Therapy to assist people to have better health, more joy, and live more fully in harmony with their physical body, their emotional body, their mind, and their spirit.
