So happy to meet you here! I’m Amanda, certified herbalist and owner of Ebb & Flora Medicinals. 

Ebb & Flora  is the living expression of my relationship with plants. After years of urban farming into navigating chronic illness and late-stage Lyme disease, I was guided back to myself through plant medicine; learning that healing is nonlinear, relational, and deeply creative.

This journey led me to become a certified herbalist and to choose, again and again, to return to plants; nurturing them as they have nurtured me. Ebb & Flora Medicinals is the full-circle offering born from that relationship. It’s a space for those navigating the complexities of healing. A place to be heard, supported, and welcomed exactly as you are. A place where we learn from plants, and most importantly from each other.

You can find me at a small-batch apothecary at Nurture. There you’ll find seasonally attuned herbal remedies, as well as a meeting space for wellness consults and custom formulations.  Outside of there, you can find me at local markets around Denver & working integratively with other health practitioners. 

My intention is to help you reclaim autonomy in your healing. To remember that healing comes from small rituals, simple joys, and creative approaches tailored to you. Ebb & Flora is a space for creativity and playfulness as much as it is a place for intentionality and care and I've learned that both are vital components of healing.
